Sorry IWS I don't mean to imply dishonesty, just that you and I know CCP hasn't even settled on designs for further Amarrian content in Dust 514 yet.
However thats initially what I thought. Something perhaps Amarrian given the lighting on it....but soon realised it doesn't necessarily suit the aesthetic of Amarrian architecture for concept art.

The Jove are either all dead or simply couldn't stand against even one Empire Naval Force. They had neither the numbers or the technological advantage they did when the fought the Amarr at Vak'Atioth and even then they lost 1/3 ships.

Certainly would make sense for the mood. Nice oppressive pall right there...would be interesting to see if wisps of gas clouds are visible while on the map....... also if possible IWS is it possible to get information on the spawn rates of specific moods?
Seems like I never see Winter or Verdant Map themes the Barren or Desert themes seem most prevalent.
Also good to say that Empress Jamyl Sarum making New Eden a better place.... one smelly planetoid at a time.
