However thats initially what I thought. Something perhaps Amarrian given the lighting on it....but soon realised it doesn't necessarily suit the aesthetic of Amarrian architecture for concept art.
There is no S wave, every arc is a C; its Amarrian. Jovian tech as S waves as do Gallente.

Jove have no descendants races, thier ascendant race would be the sleepers.
Minmatar would have more in common with the Talocan
Takmal, Terran, Yuyang and the others I have no idea if they are ascendants of the current races. But insofar ground base designs of the races follow the starship themes still of overall art design to a more practical standard.

Probably an Atmo Processor; great way to get toxins you dont want in the air out and get the toxins you do want in bottles in.
