When will Minmatar be FOTM?

When will a Minnie Logi/Assault/Sent/Scout be FOTM? I understand that the FP and MD had their two months to shine. I'm aware that Core Locus spam was an abused tactic right along the likes of the ongoing RE frisbee throw. Yes, the HMG is still king of anti-infantry and that the CR was the cause of much rage in its prime. I'll even admit that the SMG was the sidearm FOTM x12 months +. Sure, they have awesome weaponry, but all of it was dawned by the likes of Gal Sents, CalScouts, and even Amarr mediums to some degree. The only time a Minmatar suit truly shined was back in Chromosome when the medium frame had that OP slot layout, but even then, it was still outdone by the likes of the AR wielding "glass cannon" Caldari mediums.
