Oki i just try it and hell boyo I WAS BEAST, that thingie is fine. If someone see it otherwise, i think he have some issues not the weapon. Basicaly and with all honest its how it should be right now. Reminds me little the Ariet in MAG, but hell its topnotched now. Honestly whole that cry was basicaly i dont know if trollin' or if they want it like somekind of crutch for more advantage. But CCP and Rattatis team made it finay how it should be. Beats on long and medium range and still usefull for cqc, but dont expect that beastie times like before. Just go check by yourself boyos and gals, crying here how overnerfed RR was is pure nonsence

Anecdotal evidence and Ad hominem attacks, along with one of the least comprehensible posting style's I've ever seen from someone who I presume pumped his posts through google translate to get 'english'. Bravo OP, Bravo.
You believe the weapon is fine, I believe it isn't. Most of the people I've encountered who actually do use the RR with any frequency are of the opinion that the nerf was overdone. Anecdotal evidence doesn't make for a very well supported argument

I knew you will use gramanaz1 stuff later. Nope.
I tried it and RR is fine, i even not have 1 point in that skilled in and i was still possitive. I was still on first 5. I used militia one. And i even killed few times PROTO with GLU. Whats mean just one thingie for me, Rail Rifle is fine and end of story.

DUST 514 Is the first FPS I played actively for the PS3 and is my favorite FPS to this very day. :)

So the crux of my argument is that the weapon was over-nerfed in regards to how its hipfire causes it to perform at CQC.... and you think it's fine because you played one match and got a couple of kills, with no quantative or accurate way of communicating how many of them were done in 'close quarters' (lets set an arbitrary definition of sub 30m here).
I'm just going to make the assumption that you stood at 65m and used ADS the whole time.
Nothing to see here but someone trying to be cool by riding on the coattails of johnny depp.

Yup hell matee boyo i even loved ol' animated one I tried the militia version and hell that thigie is beast i basicaly dont know who someone have a problem with it. I actually even recheck the lore after some threads here and basicaly i dont know what is with that people, but using precission rifle or long range one if you want like CQC, that pure nonsence. I understand their toy was nerfed but hell, its caldari weapon..caldari have even ships what using same strategy (long ranged combat). Its like want make long range weapon from shotgun. Meh i tried it and you read my statement, if someone have problem with it, i think he should try another weapon better for ambushing enemy. For exaple Gallentean weaponry like ARs, PCs or especialy for CQC shotgun. Using something for ranged combat for CQC is oki it is stupid honestly

I agree that the hipfire kick is quite strong now, but it only puts the weapon where it should be : a long range weapon.
AR and CR users can't easily (if not at all) kill someone over a 65m range, why could you easily kill someone in CQC?
