1.9 looks likely to contain bug fixes, a salvage sellback feature, and a new map set. More answers are coming tomorrow in a dev blog.
"Protip" for "pro": he didn't say he was banned, just that he couldn't post with his main. There are plenty of reasons for this - his email changed; he can't sign into PSN due to technical issues; he forgot the password and hasn't gotten a new one yet; etc.

I don't play PC anymore, and have never really used MinScount or MinAssault. All I know about 1.9 is from the article posted last week, and really I think that's all anyone knows. A devblog will be posted tomorrow though that explains in detail what to expect.
