The fact that a thread can gain this level of activity based on small slivers of Legion info is, to me, an indication that more Legion info should be made available to the player base. Something that CCP may in fact be sick of hearing me say

Drop the resolution, low textures etc.... you might get 30fps Its quite easy and cheap to upgrade pc`s anyway.
