 I meant like... they're red and gold. I thought the Caldari assault might have been one of the recruiter suits, but I'm not sure.

Far left, far right.  Not the Quafe suits, I can recognize fabulosity when I see it. I'm talking about those red and gold Gallente scout and Caldari assault suits.

That was my idea as well, but unless I'm completely color blind, those suits are surely red and gold. And that's what's confusing me, too. I was under the impression those colors were for the Templar stuff.
