Do you guys just like a negative buzz around here or what? Not even a tweet with a link to the footage that you provided. That would have created a positive vibe in the community and loads of people flocking to see the film. Anyone getting annoyed by reading of the above post should consider the following. There was about 10 seconds of stock footage - it was literally someone with an AR shooting a Caldari Assault twice. There was not actually someone playing the game, just quick flashes that were full screen to add flavor to the scene. You see nothing but Kill +50, Kill +50 and the movie moves on. If the premise intrigues you, go see it, it's a solid movie. It's unapologeticly light on plot. But the rough ten seconds of the movie, I highly doubt was "product placement". It was in three chunks of close to three seconds a clip, and it was barely even noticeable what game it was. In fact, while it's credited as EVE: Legion, it looked like it was just DUST to me. Sure enough, it was played on a couch on a game console. I'd have to freeze frame the Blu-ray to tell if it was DUST or if it was Legion. The name is not dropped in the movie at all, nor is the logo, and I'm pretty confident CCP didn't pay any money for their game to be in this movie. CPM1 Elect. Thanks for all your support.
