Will we be getting a full skill respec for legion? I remember reading about it somewhere but don't remember where because it's been a while. Also will we be allowed an email address change when we switch over to legion? The one i'm using now for my PSN account I don't use anymore, it's actually being terminated by Yahoo.

No those are old questions, there were hardly any answers. All they've said is they plan to migrate us over to Legion. They never said what we would bring with us.
Eris I think it would be fine right now to change the email for your PSN so you don't have any problems later.

The first was definately answered, and the second was hinted at (might have been answered) and even so there is an easy solution that is rather obvious:
1. There are no skill points in Legion; you will get comparable access to the skill tree in Legion based on your skill points in Dust
2. Open a ticket with CCP when Legion is released and they can be sure the old and new emails are linked
