In Public Contracts the AI match making puts noobs with 2 half year experiance players against proto stompers in the same match on domination, skirmish, and ambush and everytime new dust players are thrown in against the more experiance pro dust 514 beta players and new players who die in battle in starter fits often 100% of the time waste valuable clones wheather or not the clone number is 150 for domination and skirmish and sometimes 50 or 80 clones for ambush battles the new dust players should be pit against other new players with the same starter fit dropsuits & lifetime skill points so this way it would be a more even battle not a frustrating one where new players rage quit and leave the battle because of advance/proto stompers with more lifetime skill points and isk their making since beta and its becoming frustrating pitting half experiance players against the more pro/proto stomping players who have a 3rd of every proto gears with more then 500 million or more isk then 2 half years of bearly non-beta players with under 100 million isk and the AI match making is making it worst for those who wanna have fun and a good game CPM please tell CCP to fix the AI match making for a more even battle to be worth having fun in and not just battling the same dam proto stompers in every got dam match making battles this the only reason why i see dust players leaving battle because of proto stompers who think of every corp as noobs who can't kill them i want a battle where proto stompers can battle against other proto stomping corps to show their skill level to those with more lifetime sp then others....... |

I can't say TL;DR because I actually sacrificed 20 or so good years of vision in the interest of fulfilling my CPM responsibilities by reading this, but damn son you better contribute to my prosthetics.
I will relay the concern...short of putting in matchmaking where if you have less than 10 mill you cannot be matched against those that have more UNLESS statistically they suck balls and thus need to play vs lower lvl chars to even have a chance...and vice versa where Kalante Schiffer with 5 mill SP would be bumped out of that parameters up a level.
I can't conceive of any more inspired ideas...and that's assuming this isn't a terribad idea that will be thoroughly exposed, which I'm sure it will as I literally just thought it up while attempting to regain my sense of sight back in the wake of reading the OP.
I'm going to bed now.

On the subject of Matchmaking, I'd like to put something here...

That equates to almost a Half second more health when under AR fire, again, IIRC. Just balancing this out would be a good Idea.
3- Meta Level System. Select what Meta level you want to play at. If you select to play at Meta Level 15, any fitting with its equipments meta adding up to or less then 15 is allowed. Anything above is locked from use Made this short little post regarding MMing a short while ago. MMing is a complicated issue, with many different facets that need to be addressed soon for both improved NPE, but also overall Public Match feel. It is always a bad day when you play, and them slam yourself against the wall of stomps, and inadequately balanced matches.
Mu isn't really working. It helps. But it needs more.

Ok, I did the best I could on a quick pass to clean it up.
If your native language is not English or you have not learned proper sentence structure yet, just try to break up your ideas into smaller chunks which are easier for the reader to process. Humans don't have enough random access memory to upload and comprehend a sentence which is 13 lines long.
Hand/Eye coordination cannot be taught. For everything else there is the Learning Coalition.

Now for some actual feedback. It seems like the match balancing feature is not working as well as it did earlier. I hope nothing got accidentally reverted in 1.9.
Hand/Eye coordination cannot be taught. For everything else there is the Learning Coalition.
