I made my choice and bought the Caldari Scout :D
After playing a couple rounds = It's been a blast. Many mercs and even the enemies are like what is that shiny thing ???
I'm like Its me  Boom you're dead. 
Still using the fit of the month Plasma cannon + Flaylock
MAG Raven vet 7 times. Favorite weapon F90 and Highest Kills 78 and 23 deaths.

Because Amarr scouts didn't exist when the Templar set was released?
Also, the only Quafe Scout is Gallente and is Proto.

I bought the Quafe Assault A-1 and the Quafe Scout C-1 but dont intend to use either as they're ugly as f*** and the green eyes grind my gears.
Quafe Assault ck.0 + Quafe Scout gk.0 > Quafe BPOs.

Not for me. The Caldari scout looks way better than Caldari assault. My next bpo is the Mimatar heavy :D

so are the others actually,
that mirror like sheen on the caldari face, accentuated by the two sinister green slashes
or the glorious plates on the gallente, with his cute green insect eyes
and the demonlike purple skullface on the minnie, old green one eye
Don't mind me, I just love the Dust suits, all of them. I think they are everything I would want a combat suit to be , sleek, menacing and future tech. My only remorse, is the final Gallente Sentinel, I used to look so much forward to my rhino heavy. I have learned to like my fat alien baby, but it's not the same.

At least you dont have to put up with bloody marshmallow Michelin-man Caldari heavy. The most ugly suit in the game bar none....but it servers a purpose for my Caldari forge gunning needs.

My only critiques on the gal heavy are the body is too wide and the arms too short. He is out of proportion to human anatomy.
If this was adjusted he would be perfect.

I like the cal heavy PRECISELY because he's ugly. Perfect example of military minimalist design.

They are high fashion.
But Shiny on the battlefield is just a no no. Unless I can blind someone temporarily with my glare. Which I can't :(
