direct hit = 200 dmg + max armor HP x 1.5
blast radius of 3.0 meters = 100 dmg + max armor HP x 0.75
100% efficient on armor, shields and vehicles
it should encourage people to jump from their roofs on certain maps, and infantery would have a new way of dealing with tanks in urban warfares.
and also because it's ridiculous to bump on peoples while doing this thing, and it's always fun to have new machanics  |

Oh man, you can do that in inFAMOUS Second Son with the smoke power, you know?
It would need more range though, 3 meters is nothing, I say 5-6 meters.
And maybe be activated by the melee button so you can use the regular inertia dampener for when there's no one around. 
That moment when you mow down a proto Caldari assault suit with a militia laser rifle.
Words can't describe it.

I dislike this idea because of the game modes with friendly fire.
If this game was fun, I wouldn't be playing it.

Well kids what you will need for this exercise is 2 Heavys/1 Scout and a cup Use the Heavies to block intended target in a corner then the Scout needs to parkour to a position above the target and jump on their head, this causes the Scout to bounce repeatedly on the targets head dealing dmg until the target loses consciousness  The cup is used afterwards pending how messy it gets, and if the Heavies are thirsty.
LOL - not proven if it's a viable TK method, but I'll be in FW later to check it out
