There is a cure already from 1992 invented by czech research in colaboration with UK. Only thing is there is still not antimutagen what can prevents mutation of cells what everyone have. Basicaly everyone have cancer cells what can start mutate from anything, only thingie what is important here is to find what basicaly made this and how to stop it. They made really great progress with some antigens, but the major fight is still how to stop developmnet of core cancer cells and their mutation, not the cure itself. They want to find that mutagen what mutate cells because cure for already started cancer itself is quite expensive and quite not suitable for everyone. And thats whole reasson why they still need financing. BTW preventive medicine means nothing here, because everyone have these cells and honestly only few enviromantal thingies starting its mutation in cancer.
