The only thing they can't see or hide from when bricked is other scouts and proto active scanners

A number of long time scouts have no problem with doubling the speed penalty for armor plates on all scouts, so your theory is fundamentally wrong.
We have also been supportive of adjusting bonuses to module efficacy rather than passive.
Both recommendations subject to CCP data demonstrating problems, and not merely based off the forum QQ.

Said assault LIKE HP not equal or greater too. Proper scouting fit on a scout leaves about 200-400 HP and not 500-700. I frequently see assaults with over 1000 hp

My OP was regarding the attitude of the light assault crowd; AKA FOTM scouts. Yeah, I don't like FotM scouts, or FotM players at all for that matter.
They like to ruin things for lots of people.
