I'll admit I'm quite partial to FW myself, so I'm data-gathering to present a coherent thread later in the month about the topic if there's sufficient feeling that some things could be fixed.
1. not very but its not as bad as pub contracts (because players who should be in FW stomp MLT suits in pubs more cause fw dosnt run)
2.Q-syncing and player orbitals..if we could do WP orbitals aswell it could balance it a little for the team with out eve player support but drawback is WP cost vs 3 minute timer on player orbital.. maybe WP needs to be lowered to 3750-4000wp
3. awoxers who purposly awox at the end of the round.. seems they preffer to kill proto/adv logis.. IE me.. several effing times.
4.id like to see full compliment of items from standard to pro in FW.. and maybe buff FW gear in various aspects like PG/CPU avail/use racial traits added to the racial armor/shield/kinkat moduals..
ie.. caldari have shield mods better then any other race.. minmatar get armor plates with less movement penality and kinkats with more %speed, gallente get a bonus hp regen on plates of all types, amarr plates offer greater armor amount... all weapons and moduals cost less pg/cpu and all suits have more pg and cpu..
meaning the time spent to get FW geared is time to be that little better then just "regular" proto equipment.. like in eve.. Faction/LP gear is better then T2 is most respects
5. yes if 1, full team deploy is only put against other teams. 2, teams who team deploy are not put against squads or random-berrys. maybe add 2 options "Normal" and "Team" as team signup can be organized between players for a fair team vs team FW.. and maybe give higher LP pay because of the time/coordination taken.. so its like a PC-Lite.. and proto stompers get to have some good fun against good competition

sell salvage.. iirc the FW gear is dirt cheap it just costs LP we dotn get LP redeemed but we get the isk which is pathetically small.. 8k for a proto suit.. i would sell stuff i dont use (normal) but i would keep any and all FW items for the legion migration

wait times are long because it has 2 sets of 16 players to source ok? and of those 2 sets of 16 1 may be q-syncers waiting for newbs to random sign up on the opposite side.. which could take seconds.. or 30 minutes.. i dont get why people dont understand this concept
FW DOES NOT RUN IF THERE IS ONLY 1 TEAM SIGNED UP, AKA THE LOSERS DONT SIGN UP = YOU WAIT LONGER
