Flux Grenades used to instantly kill you if you jumped or were directly on top of them. This was back in the god-awful mess known as Uprising 1.0 though. |

I spent a good 3 minutes trying to think of a way to kill someone with a Flux but just gave up.
Pretty much puts the writing on the wall for a Cal or Min Scout regardless.

You can still do it.
Don't ask how, but I got one flux kill the last time I played. Still not 100% what the hell happened. Assuming the server went crazy for 12 seconds.
If you find an issue and I stumble upon your thread, I will do my darnedest to get the issue known.

Ive observed it too, but its usually when i lob flux's at LAVs...yay broken mechanics!
Give me ammo types or give me burst RRs! Death is irrelevant.

Actually is used to be possible, incredibly rare occurance, but possible nonetheless.
I think it was when hitting a merc with 0 shields and armour (but still alive obviously)

I managed to kill a guy with a flux a couple of days ago.
If there was an event, I would probably be victorious with one kill.

Yeah, drop 2 fluxes underneath a caldari LAV and it destroys armor aswell, i killed a heavy in his LAV that way
40 kills with the most basic, cheapest possible dual-wielding standard Bolt Pistol fit...

I think it might still be possible, if you get an enemy low enough(like 0/0 low) you might do enough damage to their frame to kill them.
