You must have either played with or against the player to be able to rate him/her. Also, feel free to leave a comment as to why you feel these players deserve their scores. This will be done on a scale from 1 to 10. I'll start:
LT Shanx - 2
His gun-game and situational awareness needs major improvement. He is almost borderline "blueberry" status. Despite the amount of time he has played, he needs to git gud. |

Have only played an hour or two with him but has proven a competent scout and support. Am inclined to rate higher but I haven't seen enough to judge him better than some of the other folks I've seen. Scouts aren't hugely difficult to do well with either. I only played with him while the entire rest of the squad was mucking about, as well, so I didn't have much of a benchmark.
