There isn't a single match where I fail to kill a player while he is trying to sneak up on me with a cloak. After so long it's hard to believe people still have such a hard time spotting them. The biggest crutch of all is the RE on the Gal Scout though. Completely dampened, cloaked, and able to frisbee toss an RE 20 ft is pretty difficult to counter if you are involved in a chaotic battle. You can mow down people at range with impunity (bar lucky Sniper Rifle shots). I know this as I do it with a pimped out CK0 with a RR. The cloak is not the major issue, nor the shotty, it's the superior dampening coupled with the better sensors that make scouts so lethal. When you can wallhack and no one else cAn, that's one hell of an advantage. Hell, try swapping out the shotty with a Plasma Cannon, and go in urban. Same results due to the sensors and damp.
