It's still a little under 38 HP/s and you get a little more shield as a buffer. I have a hard time taking the penalty for energizer, but I'm a saver at heart so my logic is likely more based on my personality trait than hard numbers. I like the two complex reactive plates. My basic min assault has one complex ferroscale and an enhanced repair because I love the speed of the suit, but really 2% isn't much of a loss and the extra armor would be nice.

Probably end up going back to the 19K suit. I'm going to set up some of the others ones posted here to see how they do. I wish my avatar was Minmatar.

This is how I make my 'Quafe' G-1 Assault last as long as my ck.0 scout (0 deaths). Though I have to give up PRO weapons. Give the Magsex some love.
