i know there is a certain type of aesthetic that is trying to be reached when making terrain for dust, how ever this grey on grey is ugly, please let the new terrains have more interesting color scheme & land marks, ie trees, caves ect.... as with alot of the current maps there is ALOT of pointless open area's that only serve as space for vehicle combat, they serve no objective or tactical purpose. (witch is abit dull)
I really hope to see some thing more interesting from the new maps, more vertical & depth.
& for the love of the lions can we please get some greenery

To be honest there are a lot of hidden gems in terms of areas on maps we have so far. My biggest 'thing' I hope CCP can do better (I am sure they can quite easily) is to put objectives, especially when it comes to domination, in good, fun and interesting locations.
The locations of objectives can absolutely change the entire way a map feels and plays out.

Random caves on a map would stand out a bit too much for my liking, but a cave themed map where everyone is inside could be interesting.
trees and grass... framerate comes to mind. |

i would like to see a map that happens to have a cave system underneath it, with a possible objective or two in it, as well as the topside having objectives and such, give it several paths to get into from all sides of the map and i feel it would have some intense firefights

Which doesn't just happen by magic, they're likely going to fiddle with effects and lower poly counts... Adding trees will have the opposite effect. |
