Considering taking MinSentinel to 5 from 3 where I have it currently. Is this a good fit? Or would I be better served with something else? Never really dedicated to heavies, but I want to use my siearm challenge sp to really take a heavy suit to the max and want it to be done right.

Not being able to repair half of your HP is awful, from my experience.
Unless you find yourself always with a logi, or never getting your shields fully demolished by rifles, I'd swap the regulator for an armour repper.
Always having your HP up is always a good thing, especially considering how easy to hit sentinels are. Being both mobile and having your two HP types always repping is great. I'd say it makes the sentinel more able to be aggressive, as you can push while your shields are up, and even do some pushing/strafing action while your shields are down.
Though, I've never been fond of relying exclusively on shields, so make of that as you will.

flay wont be that great unless your a good aim.. SMG may be better.. and idk about the regulator/recharger maybe go 3 extenders and 1 armor rep.
or go dual kinkat and run at 7.5m/s and really make people defecate themselves

I was thinking that, but I thought having shield come back quicker would be more helpful in the long run. Or is that not the case with heavies?
