Rattati and the others in Dust team fixed Dust faster in a few months then the whole team before.
I'm excited and looking forward to 1.9 :D

I actually designed a Heavy Rail Rifle a while back. 1/2 second per shot (roughly 130 RPM or something) + high alpha damage (210) + shorter range (80 meters max vs. 90) + smaller clip size (don't remember specifics). If you can shoot accurately and keep on target, it will be lethal. But with all the bunny hopping and strafe crazies out here it would take serious skill to use. Fire rate way to low to spray and pray like with an HMG.
With a damage of 210. Too powerful but would Demolish Scouts with easy.
I agree the whole bunny hopping and strafing crap = wtf = Cheap tactics.
