Taking nothing away from the WONDERFUL updates we've had since then (thanks Rat & team!), since reading the Dev Blog I've not been as excited about Dust since that fateful day.

I think Rattati, and the Hotfixes collectively are the best.
1.9 comes in a very close 2nd, and may take the lead once I have played it.

How about you? News of 1.9 gives me hope. I want to see some patch notes to get really excited though. The idea of murdering redberries on a new map makes my downstairs feel funny.
I think Dust is in a good state and, based on recent news, it going to improve. Now we just need to get Legion greenlit.

true but why not enjoy it. Militia tanks cost 40k plus modules a total of 80k just as a estimate. I prefer if both teams could spawn 3 tanks on both sides and 2 dropships plus OB's raining down = THAT IS DUST 514 !!!

there was a 'point system' proposed for vehicles a while back in feedback section where each team has X amount of VP's (vehicle points) per PC match. say 10,000VPs and a HAV is 2500, ADS 2000, DS 1000 and LAV 500 or so and once the VPs were used up (by being called in and destroyed) no more vehicles could be spawned. was an interesting idea and could do a bit to balance vehicles in pub games modes too. 4 HAVs and your total is done. you lose them and thats your lot.

I quit after fanfest (but not before I could blow hundreds of millions of ISK) and just returned recently (a day after the million clone event ended unfortunately). Now it kinda sucks because I've missed out on about 16mil SP due to my absence.
It's funny, this last week I have been refraining from restocking anything and instead using up all the crap I have accumulated as it's getting on my nerves cluttering up my asset list when I try to make fittings. Now they say I will be able to sell it all soon, lol. That's good news for FW as far as I see it.

Hotfixes have been for infantry, vehicles are much worse off, matchmaking is terrible as always, lag/framerate problems, BPO sales and now Quafes which leads to the question is it a last min cash grab and no green lit legion with nothing said about it for months and rouge is nowhere to be found

I've also taking a liking to vehicles. I might start playing more myself.....though, playing the same people over and over in pubs gets old pretty fast due to the sucky low playerbase. I'm mostly interested in selling my unused items (even though I don't need the isk).
