The only thing I will say about this that there is a very strong direction 1.9 wants to go in, most of this list is some of Dust's longer standing unfun 'features' it faces and everything else is extra squeezed in to help Dust 514 along.
While there is plenty for excitement for 1.9 it doesn't mean it would be the last patch either. So keep those ideas coming and we can start to draft up the next wishlist if it doesn't make the cut.

As long as the list contains:
- Get in/out vehicles delays
- Driver lock (anti GTA feature)
- Anti equipment spam measures
- Hitbox normalization for each tier
- RE freesbe fix
i will be happy, i've not included features already listed in the devblog.

Ideas should still be posted in the Features & Ideas discussion, but the fact that CCP has already started to tell you what's in 1.9, means they've pretty much gotten 1.9 wrapped up.
