The only difference between a 1000 dollar computer that can run legion (unlikely) and a 1000 dollar one will be your internet connection once you turn the graphical settings down sharply.

Ping matters. The rest is just cosmetic unless you are shoehorning the game into a dinosaur that chugs along anyway.

and what point are you trying to make? Obviously a 1000 dollar PC will smoke any other inferior PC in any performance aspect. And if people want to lower their resolution and make their monitor look like @ss just to get more performance they will!. If anyone wants to compete in legion which is an FPS and we all know how competitive FPS's are. You will see a lot of monsters coming in like the Koreans, and trust me we do not want the Koreans... their internet power is beyond ours.

And by one thousand dollar PC's i mean 1000 and up dollar PC's, why stop at one thousand?

And trust me if legion comes out every single performance is going to count, if you thought console player's were tryhards pfft that pales in comparison to what PC nerds do, the'll be buying that hand sanitizer too. I don't have a beast PC, I'd say that I've spent close to $500 on my PC. I switched to PC gaming not too long ago but sometime this year. And who says that Legion won't be on the ps4? Or even whatever streaming device that Sony released about a month ago or less? I didn't switch to PC gaming to be doing things faster than others in game, I switched because I saw no point in owning another console. I can use a PC for more than gaming and I can upgrade it whenever I want and not have to buy some box for $400 or more just for gaming. Supporter of EVE LEGION**

You do realize you have no idea what the hell you're talking about? megacomps can only make the game PRETTIER. they can only operate at the speed the server allows. It's the damn internet connection speed that makes the difference. And guess what? that's going to be a problem anywhere. Faster internet connection = more real bux paid per month = better performance. Better computer = more graphical settings spiked to max. =/= an advantage over other players.
