CCP took so long to balance scouts, all the while keeping them in the gutter, they made OP skilled players that could adapt to any circumstance vs any odds and strategy. Sure, scout kills are on the rise due to balance. But the scouts that whip the ******* **** out of you to the point your come onto the forums and scream for change? That's a scout that played against you with stacked odds for about a year.
You are just reaping what CCP sowed. Your vacation is over. Since balance has been introduced you've had a few newbros sprout up to bolster our numbers, but the ones that have been making you screech into the night.. come here and cry for mercy?
We were forged from challenge, from adverse odds, and an underground community of intel sharing killers.

That is a good point. As an aside, I've actually toured Napoleon's apartment in Paris on a wonderful afternoon after touring the Louvre. It was pretty garish, but quite impressive.

An important point needs to be made here. For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. This is truth.
Just as much as CCP made dedicated scouts into super soldiers who hungered for challenge and, in fact, flourished in the dark ages of scouting, they also stunted heavies.
In contrast, for a long time, heavies have just had every crutch and as close to a win button as one could possible maintain in this game world. Now that everything is becoming normalized and balanced they, like a darwinian drama, can't compete.
I look forward to the day when "real heavy" competition comes to bear. The ones who didn't blame the world for their old ways becoming extinct. The ones who adapt and bring it.
These other useless heavies will just beach themselves on the shores of oblivion.
Lol at heavies who think they will just pick up a scout suit and pwn. Reality checks are in store for them
TL;DR: CCP made scout killers. Heavies will need to adapt to losing their overall crutches and near win button and begin to fight for real.
Or get left behind like the Neanderthals were by the Home Sapiens.
