Its more than that; IRL comes first over non-payiing voulenteer job involving video games.
While yes CPM will have internal drama the angle that Aeon has been taking lately would have gotten him removed from the CPM and next runner up to replace him.

So any of you want to share who you voted for and do you think they are doing your vote justice? I didnt vote, but I am happy Judge, Soraya, and Logibro are in their positions because I think they have honest good ideas and they arent shy about argueing about them. That kind of outspoken discussion usually results in good positive change when all parties are honestly trying to improve things.
Logibro is not cpm he's ccp.

The fact negative progress is POSSIBLE AT ALL should be a HUGE concern for CPM. Instead of it being, "Well, the community is taking this path of things, I wonder why and how we can fix it." You just call us out on doing it to begin with. You're a **** poor representative because you do not fight for us - you fight for the concept CCP wants. Aeon fights for us - he believes more can be done beyond the means given to us, he has actual FAITH. You're faith is so crushed there is no hope or possibility for more. It's pathetic. I voted for you, and still believe in your IWS. You're not a drone, you have your own mind. But this non-sense of believing CCP is right about which path to take in communication needs to STOP - the proper channels DO NOT ******* WORK. Aeon knows this and takes action, and so do others. CPM should SUPPORT not ATTACK these people.
Of course the channels don't work when people shove @#^% through it first that has to get unclogged so someone can actually figure out if anything of value was said. Being Snide, Venomous, accusational, immature, oh and hysterical are not the best ways to communicate to anyone. Not your boss, not your neighbor, not your kids, not your squadmates, not the cpm and definitely not CCP. I mean look how that is working with the republicans and president obama.
Also the notation about negative process is his relationship with CCP; and he has ways to go before he hits that rock bottom but he's showing no signs of stopping and if he thinks he has faith this gets him anywhere. There are many many fine past examples of those that went down that path.
