My eventual goal here is to have all assault dropsuits, and respective racial rifle operation, to V.
Dear GD,
What do I spec into next Minmatar (CR) or Gallente (AR)? Why is one the superior choice to level first? Bonus points for suggesting sidearms to pair with the racial rifles.

That does prompt me to ask: why not the Gallente? I would think the innate armor repair would be nice to have and doesn't the passive bonus made the AR a recoil-less death machine?
