well i don't know how he is immune to scouts and heavies at the same time...
probably a hacked scout ak.0 with 3 complex shields + plates and a six kin burst

iirc with stackign penalties on the 4th you are already only getting maybe 3% fromt eh actual figure on the complex mod.. so it would be like.. 0.xxxx modified.. where as i THINK the cal-mando suit bonus is exempt from the stacking penalties thats why 3x dmg mod+cal-mando L5 was roxxor j00r soxxor for damage with snipers. iirc some one calculated like 760 to 790 damage (iirc) for just a body shot so thats death to anything that isnt brick tanked and advanced or higher

the 1900-2100 ehp and -25% damage taken on amarr sentinel MAY protect him from 1 headshot..

-I have the high HP to be able to deal against the weapons of scouts, heavies and Snipers.
-I also have the damage(mods) to dish out with extreme prejudice as my Scrambler Rifle will attest. The Scrambler Rifle keeps my performance at a high standard at a distance against RR users, Fg users, Snipers and even pesky cloaked scouts that actually believe my sight to be terrible.
-Breach Scrambler Pistol, with accompanying damage mod, so I know I can out DPS all in CQC.
