You cannot fit all of that on a Maddy.
They are crippled by their lack of PG.
Best you could hope for is a mish mash of Armour mods on an Ion Cannon, or good mods on Standard Blasters or Neutron if you are pushing it.

Not impossible by a long shot to beat, just fair to say that a Shield Missile HAV has the tools to take down a Blaster like its nothing. In the same way a shield Rail takes down Missile HAV like its nothing.

Much easier IMO. Too bad I don't tank often.
Not a fan of dual hardeners, only because of EVE.
Dual Hardeners would be a liability in PvP since I'd cap you out with a Neut, and Scram Kite you to death.

Then fit a CPU extender. Now fit a shield booster, and definitely no fuel injectors. Maybe a basic scanner, if you can fit it. I would add a turret, because having blueberries helping you out can mean life or death. This the best fit when going against missile tanks, cause it's cost effective, the shields WILL protect you from missiles, and the scanner can pick them up pretty easily. Good luck!
You'll last 1 volley longer. Not a bad fit considering if the shield booster activates (that's a big if as something they cop out) it will save you...... if it doesn't you're still dead.
