So we have corporations doing... whatever on these planets (are they mining? I'm pretty sure they're mining) and you mean to tell me that the only planets they've gotten to are deserts and grasslands? ...Here's and idea. Take the acid from that one level, make it a reddish-orange, plaster a planet with it, and call it a lava landscape. Also make the platforms far enough away so scouts can just barely sprint-jump across it, while the others will fall in the laav if they try.
...Okay maybe that last bit is a bit biased but still.
