and I feel bad.
I still log on daily to collect my bonus SP, but I don't play any matches. Graphically impaired games like Mini Warriors and Puzzle and Dragons have me hooked. Hell, I spent $300 in the last two days, buying in-game refreshes and other bad decision-making goodies.
However, despite the wasted funds, I'm actually having fun. I don't have to try hard to win matches and I can play whilst taking a crap or whilst working. FUCKING AWESOME!
Dust is still a decent game, but I can't muster up the energy to try and queue a game. I miss it, but I don't even want to go near it. Have any of you experienced something like this before? |

You might want to... do something. I don't know, something. It ain't right to spend $300 on any game...

Don't go down this path. Eventually you'll start wasting your money away until you're broke and have nothing to show for it but a bunch of digital diamons, gold, crystals, or whatever they call their currency.
If you want a game to play that feels fun, exciting, and refreshing then grab an emulator, GamePad, and an HDMI cable. Trust me, you won't regret it.

Damn, whoever came up with the model of these "limited tries" and " pay to have an edge" deserves to be shot. Can you at least try to find something that will get you better mileage than $300 in 2 days of playing? Continuing on like this will end in nothing but sadness and regret that will outweigh any amount of happiness these games could ever bring you. If you are simply intent on spending money, at least spend it well.
Buy some Humble Bundles and shell out for charity. Donating money to a good charity is never a waste. Never. Buy some of the higher quality emulators for sale on your device. Being able to download classic titles and play them might be worth it if your into that sort of thing... |

Agreed.
I'd rather someone spend 300$ on charity than blow 300$ on IAPs, as someone will benfit from that in the long run. Also, emulators are free to download.

Dust is still decent, but I can't muster up the energy to try and queue a game. I miss it, but I don't even want to go near it. Have any of you experienced something like this before? They had an article not too long ago about how mobile gaming is making a killing and they reported the gross from the top companies and developers and it was astounding .
Some of the starter companies were making a killing and that's kind of unheard of with the fact that once most businesses start , it takes a while for them to create profit but a lot of these companies were competing with console makers and GPC producers .
Some were being created just for the fact that they had great idea's and the owners sold out to the bigger mobile developers and made a killing .
A positive market indeed to be a part of .
If your having fun , that's all that counts and a lot of people miss business sense and that's what leads to their stagnation and negative growth and eventually their downfall .
You must cater to the consumer because their are just too many options and if your not wiling , others are all the more willing and will crush those with doubts .
I love to see businesses flourish that have good foundations and you can tell those that enjoy what they do because it shows in how they treat the public , the products that they produce and their attitude in their business actions .
Delta should come with a SP or infantry SP refund so that a campaign for one is not needed .

Have fun Shanks , life is too short , there are many people suffering and causing conditions of suffer so enjoy yourself as long as your not hurting anyone or yourself , I'm all for it .
Spend your money on what brings you pleasure because forces at will are trying to take that away even .
If that $300 brought you joy and excitement then you get a +1 from me .
You might not be able to save the world but you can save yourself and help your family and those whom you might consider friend and in the end , in most cases ... that's all that matter .
If your doing the right thing then your doing some good .
I know with the current environment in this game , you would have been an absolute fool to have given that to CCP .
There too busy taking bad business advice from most in the community and on their board as well .
Let the gullible feed them and don't be a sheeple .

Actually go look at records from various charities and you will find 80 to 90% of the proceeds go to staff and company's not to the demographic they are representing. If I were to donate to any charity it would be ronald mcdonald house. They did alot to help my cousin and family through birth issues. |

People are crazy these days, 300 of your currency on mobile games? LOL
There are so many good free games, why would you ever spend that much! That would pay for a brand new game, a night out, some drugs (If that's your thing?) and you would still have change left for the following week.
Oh and OP - you need to switch things up in DUST if you feel that way.

A lot of charities do that unfortunately, but a lot don't as well. All it takes is a bit of research to know what charities are good...
Humble Bundle is a good choice though, because it is completely customizable. I can't recommend it enough. You get to choose how much you want to pay overall, and how much of that money, if any, goes to the Game Developers, The Charity, and the Humble Bundle Team. If you don't like the Charities currently being supported by HB, you can opt to have none of the money go to them. Same with the Developers, and the HB team as well. Its all optional. The minimum price for getting all the games in the bundle is only $10, but even if you only donate $1 you'll get a few games. Right now, for only $10, you'll get 12 games. And it doesn't even have to be games. You can get books too.

Can't say i'd get into mobile gaming on this level but i know people who do.
I have about 25 games on my ps3 including mass effect 3, borderlands 2, a realm reborn, dishonored etc so if i feel Dust is wearing me down i'll play something else.
And then go back to Dust after 20 minutes. Haha. |

What other games do you like and why do you like them? Why did you buy ingame stuff in the first place? What did you buy? How did it affect your game? Were you're purchases P2W? How do you feel about P2W games that let your purchase things? What do you mean by graphically impaired? Cheap graphics? Retro? oldschool? or poorly drawn? Do you like this style?
I am just a curious guy who does stuff for mobile. Consider this little questionnaire for my own personal market research.
It has never taken me this long to reach 50 likes to break 25k....
