Dreams are from a chemical released into the brain to put us asleep so our brain and body can get a rest and the brain can defrag information that you are taking in.
You can test it yourself by doing something you are no good at a fair bit, going to sleep and then waking up and having another go at whatever it is and you'll find that you can do it much better than when you started.

Gossip is ridiculous and i hate anyone who does it, man or woman. gossip is the polite way of saying 'lying hate spreading piece of sht'.
If you are doing right by others and getting crap in return, then you are simply doing right by the wrong people.
It's this simple.
If people can't accept you for who you are and all your little eccentricities (which everyone has) then fk them. You do not owe these people your time or grace. There are generally two kinds of people in the world, those that go out of their way to enlighten themselves, be nice and be reasonable. They understand how everything is connected and enjoy learning. They do not see borders and boundaries but through being educated, see us all as humans regardless of colour, creed, religion etc. They understand that for the most part, people are just puppets in a big elaborate money making ruse. They know that A holes can spit any stupid crap on the news and convince the masses that war is justified. They understand how everything is connected, they have no issue with being wrong or apologising either.
Then you get the haters. These will be your stupid fking moron nationalist types who don't know sht. They simply repeat all the bull crap they hear elsewhere and will ponder like a fking headless chicken without actually doing any research or travel and simply assume whatever best fits them. They are quick to assume things of you and can never see things from other angles. They push agendas because they are wrong in the intellectual community and will press any ridiculous shite they can just to be right because the are always wrong. These are the idiots who when researching, will only look into what backs up their theory. These people will hate on you for trying to enlighten them with anything and will find you a threat for being smarter rather than actually fking listening and learning something.
These degrees vary and everyone exhibits a bit of both from time to time but people are generally heavily one or the other. People in between are generally the ones with confirmed and diagnosed mental issues or still haven't really experienced life enough to form their own opinion.
I hope that helps. Cutting the scum out of your life can be hard if you are a good willed and emotional person but in the long run, you will be better off.
