... because new players who do not read the forums, the page, may still wish to buy a ton of aurum to use to boost their accounts, padding CCP's pockets at the expense of the player. IMHO, they need to cut all of the micro-transactions in DUST due to LEGION focus in resources. But that is just me I guess...

 Yeah, good luck with that.

Many of us were "sure" that CCP were "laser-focused" on supporting Dust on the PS3, too.

just play for this game of DUST514 as it is now.

Do not expect anything and certainly do not get your hopes up. If by some miracle we hear about Legion before the year is out then awesome but I dont even know whats going on any more.

After a period after fanfest, many of the devs were in deep communication over in the Project Legion sub forums. Some great ideas passed around. However for the last 2 to 3 months there has really only been silence.

I don't know what it is about CCP. It is like they are kids that cannot control themselves when handling player expectations so we have got to a point where they just do not say anything at all. (Possibly due to high ups in the company)

Just a few screen shots and a "Yes guys we are still working on Legion, here are a few new details" or a "No guys we are sorry but Legion has been cancelled".

Honestly just getting the truth at this stage would be nice.

If they do carry things over to Legion then hopefully they keep all these characters on a separate server to the rest, otherwise it'll just carry loads of the balance and progression issues with it.

Well, its best they don't say too much. Perhaps better to keep players expectations low. Otherwise we will have another Destiny fiasco.

We all want answers, but giving answers that may/may not satisfy the community will just lead to more speculation.

As for Dust...they haven't completely dumped it, just focusing on making legion. So you put more money into this at your own risk as everybody has done from day one.

Here is my thought...If the officer weapon names and stats do not transfer over to Legion, I will have known all of the event crap will have been worthless tokens to keep us playing in Dust...The very last thing they might resort to is having a open market when they run out of ideas to keep this game afloat...and still, the concept of Legion/Dust do not seem to have a long term plan of bleeding into each other.

Also, what chance do we have of convincing them to keep DUST running, and maybe do a small Client Side patch at some point, if DUST is not making money?
