They should have increased clipsize to 8 and give 72 meters to all variants with a slight buff on damage, around 10 points to be 160 not 220.

The Bolt Pistol never needed a damage buff.
It only need a clip size increase, and a range buff.
Otherwise, it was fine.

Stop the QQing and get the **** over the fact that most console FPS games use some form of AA because gamepads are a ******* terrible input method for FPSs.

The Bolt Pistol does not need its AA removed.
It needs its damage reduced. Plain and simple.
When you remove the AA you don't solve the problem. Instead of an OP weapon that everyone uses it would just become an OP weapon that only the console FPS vets use.
Give the Bolt Pistol its old ROF and clipsize and reduce the damage by 20%.
It's not a bad thing if AA is removed. Nor is it a bad thing, if it becomes a vet weapon.
Those good enough to use it, will use it. This will basically give it the same handicap as sniper rifles. Be on point, or miss. This way, even if you get in close on a vet using the bolt pistol, you have a good shot at taking him out with AA doing the work for him. A vet would not spam using it in hipfire. They would ADS at appropriate range and/or circumstance.
I'm not against keeping AA, either.
I do prefer seeing the old rof and clipsize, but it will need more of a 30% damage reduction, and it will need a range buff. I'd even ask for an additional kick reduction bonus.
