AV is so OP now it is ridiculous. We can three shot an Incubus in under 5 seconds, kill a Maddy in 4 and an installation in 6 with only 1 second between shots. We have shield boosters, hardeners, and rep 100% in seconds, plus we can move at 40 m/s and can one shot a heavy dropsuit.

Oh wait, that is tanks, AV can't do any of that. We also aren't immune to small arms and we don't get to wear a second dropsuit under our first one. Still, I'm sure that AV is OP compared to tanks, because, ummm, a tank got killed by AV once.

If you can't destroy a tank with AV then you are doing AV wrong.

If you want the tank destroyed then chase it down. Don't just stand in one spot shooting any energy vehicle that nears you. All you will do is scare it off. And I assure you no tanker and pilot will stay still while you shoot at it.

You want it destroyed? Chase it down.

Also to re-stock a well fitted tank, means about 2-3 matches.
My missile Gunnlogi costs over 400k ISK. You'll be doing a huge damage to my wallet if you destroy that tank. Even if I choose to leave it behind.

With that said, a respectable tanker/pilot will never abandon it's vehicle.
I never abandon my tanks. Even if I know they are one shot away from being destroyed.

Sorry in advance for not snipping, my tablet hates to snip. A few things.... 1) closed beta vet and 400k hurts your wallet? Does not compute. 2) tanks have been P, not OP since I skilled into swarms, proxies, nades, figured out how to call in an LAV, and decided to bring a friend, then they gave me a commando. Then they buffed swarms. Then I got proto forges. And then...and then..and then... Your average Joe gets killed by tanks because he doesn't have enough sp to have all the goodies I have? Ever seen those clips of poor middle easterners fighting tanks with rocks? Keep on rolling. I Should hope tanks get stronger, if they can't get BETTER. I kill those things as fast solo as I do most of these helpless blueberries in any suit I wear because they don't have the sp, sound familiar (tanks)? I used to love parking on a tower and farming vehicles all match, but that's because I needed the sp and money lol. Do something to help these dudes out. Vehicles are boring, fighting them and diving them. Mark a$$ tricks, and bags of dicks....
