Maybe aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa aaaaaaaaaaaa wanted to name it inappropriately, and so Kubo got the honor...Maybe they put in 2 officer weapons for the first runner-ups(i.e. Balac's/Krin Sin)

Yeah I'm not sure what happened to aaaaaa. I have some theories though.
1. He got hit in the head and put in a coma. He missed his chance to name it and then woke up.
2. He's actually a convicted felon and he convinced the prison guard to let him play for three days straight on one of the PS3s. In prison he had no access to e-mail.
3. He's a Dev Alt. Some clause in the Dev agreement/contract prevented him from claiming his victory.
4. Although the character aaaaaaa got the most plasma cannon kills, more than one person played on his account disqualifying him from the competition. |

I just had a word with the weapon smith; he is hard at work on them to make them officer glory.
As for AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA I been told by his friends he didn't respond to the prize comittie so they went to second place.
