Hitdetection is totally and utterly off. At least 50% of your hits just won't deal any damage to them.
The only way to fix that is a client update.
But since we can't have client updates, I propose a 50% total HP reduction for the Caldari scout.
To effectively reduce the total HP we also have to reduce the high slots of the proto Cal scout from 4 to 2.
If we could just ignore the input of Cal scouts, their alts, and their friends on this particular matter - they would lie about it anyway - then I think 100% of the community will agree that this will fix the issue. (If they don't agree then they are clearly lying/trolling.)
Ok, since we all agree on this I expect the deployment of hotfix Caldari on tuesday October 7.
i dont agree with nerfing them into oblivion but i do agree something needs to be done about cal scout, and to a lesser extent all other scouts..
i would propose removing 1 high from cal 1 low from gal/amarr and leave minmatar as is as its gimpy anyway.
next i would nerf SCOUT suits to be DUAL SIDEARM, but leave LIGHT (basic) suits with light+side.. this way they can still have cloak on scout suits.. and still can run assault on the basic suits which i may actually say the basic suits have more pg and slightly less cpu so they are better for running assault with.
