I use a ck.0 scout...might be able to modify the fit for a C-I series

1 Boundless Combat Rifle
1 Ishokune Nova Knives
1 R-9 Drop Uplink
1 Ishokune Cloak Field
2 Enhanced Dampeners
2 Enhanced Shields
1 Complex Shield
Works like a charm!

Works like a charm! I wud use all proto but i m new to knifing ,so want to stay cheap. The cal scout is nice but the lack of lows is what worries me. I ll try my knives on cal and see how it works. thnx 
one more thing
If you win in CQC (close quarters combat) against a scrambler rifle you are either RIDICULOUSLY GOOD at cqc, or the guy is terrible at cqc....scrambler rifles to +20% damage to shields
so stay away from the viziam!

My advanced caldari scout suit, when i am not using my proto suit
Scout c-1 Series
1 Ishokune Nova Knives
1 M209 Assault SMG
1 Flux Grenade
1 R-9 Drop Uplink
1 Compact Nanohive
2 Complex Codebreakers
2 Enhanced Shield Extenders
1 Advanced Precision Enhancer
I use this all the time when playing city maps.
Pros:
High war points every game (uplinks, nanohives, kills, hacks)
Catches un-dampened scouts on radar, but if you havent skilled into dampening or caldari scout suits (both skills get 3% bonus to profile, totaling a 30% bonus which 2 enhanced dampeners they see you.
Shield tanking
Has ability to take on multiple people from behind with flux nades
Cons:
Wrecked by anyone at distance, or anyone using a scrambler rifle(hence city maps)
Sacrifices possible armor plates for codebreakers
Doesn't have a cloak field, so play style is hit and run.
Isn't super dampened, so gallante scouts with precision enhancers pick you up(ishokune NK's 1-hit then anyway)
