Any of you run strictly EWAR on some of your fits? On one of my favorite fits i run two breach SCP, REs, three complex damps,
and ADV precision.

why all ewar at least use a ferro plate so you get a little tank. anyway how is dual breach scps ive been considering it but i still feel like hitting fast with my assault and then finnishing them off with the breach. |

Its very nice. Always go for HS. Running strictly EWAR is fun, sides to avoid any and all scans three complex damps is what
i need. Plus i prefer stealth/speed/sight then tank. And if i tank i tank shield and yes ferros cause no movement penalty FTW.
You realllllly have to time your shots. The marksman weapon.

I run ion/ion or shotgun with 2damps I would run three if I could fit it on my sniper fit. |

i never aim for heads unless i know ill get the hit even with proto both have an 11 clip size and if you miss all your screwed at least with ny assault i can get 13 shots off before i switch to breach and no i dont use all 13 o. one target i use it to get rid of shields the breach is my hard hitting armor killing weapon super fun against anything minmatar. |

Wit the breach its quicker, OHK a lot, saves ammo, and its a good suprise weapon if you dont feel like shotgun. AND, taking out
high-level targets in one/three shots, [logis] you feel like a badass.

Keep some Ferroscales/Shields for those "oh ****" moments (unless you're a good enough scout) and two complex Damps (three is not necessary when hardly anyone bothers with max precision-enhanced AScouts or Gallogis - you can substitute with a proto cloak for the same effect).
Then mix in amplifiers and precision enhancers as you wish. I find this a reliable standard. You will want to run with an alpha weapon though. I've deduced that since rifles aren't exactly the fastest at killing, rifle scouts brick-tank to withstand engagements and thus earn their FOTM status. Don't be that guy.

People nowdays dont care about ewar much. Maybe in pc you'll find that scout who will hack/help in town.
(Pure) Ewar scouts are rare latly. Cus they dont stand a chance when enemy team is all about 1,2k hp assaults/logis, heavys and tanked scouts.
If it would fit then (if, cus i dont have that suit) :
gal scout - 2damps, 2kincats, 1precision, 1sidearm dmg mod, SG+NK, cloak + links

I runna rifle EWar fit, thank you very much! 
ADV GalScout, CRW-4 ScR and Bolt Pistol
1 Complex Precision and an Extender
1 Complex Range Amp, 1 Complex Damp and an ADV KinCat.
Detects most things at a decent range and only runs the Extender because the second enhancer is somewhat unnecessary most of the time while the added tank helps, especially being shield (so regenerates quickly, even for Gallente.)
Main of Kallas Hallytyr. ADS, Logistics, Scout, Commando and Assault.

Caldari: Range and Precision build. One damp.
Gallente: Dampening and precision build.
Minmatar: Damage and Speed build.
Amarr: Endurance build (greens, a red, reactive plate, and precision and damage).
My favorite is my invisible Gallente Scout. It's straight ewar, but if I make a mistake, I'm dead. It's not effective against crowds, but I can make anyone paranoid. Anyone. |

I've tried it before. Triple complex precision enhancers, duel range amps and a profile dampener. It's entertaining seeing everyone, but I usually toss the fits after getting shotgunned in the back by a Gallente scout with 500 armor whom I still couldn't see. It's just not worth it on the Minmatar.
Nova Knives are best sidearm.

Only run Min scout really, I make sure to always run one dampner and kincats or two dampners and a kinkat or three dampners or three kincats... either way I'm both hiding and running.

I run Caldari Scout. I only ever put EWAR mods in my lows (either a dampener / dampener&range amp depending on suit tier). I fill my highs with shields, because I:
Don't cloak
Have no biotics
Run with knife&magsec/bolt pistol
300+ shields and ~400eHP is insignificant if anybody gets a glimpse of my non-cloaky sexy silver Caldari Master Race scout suit. Plus, I have long accepted that determined scouts won't get scanned by me, so I have to contend with tanky assaults and heavies with my adv. knives with only proficiency to back me up.

If you are running an alpha weapon, the minimum HP you need on your suit is around 400. Appia did some math on this, but all eWar is fun if you have mad strafe skillzzzz and a ranged weapon
"Minmitar Scout" and "Masochist" are synonyms.

When I use my amarr scout I feel it is just a waste to put anything but precision enhancers in the highs.
If I get into a shooting stand off I have already failed in my role. I fail often.
Also, I just on't see the point in alot of HP on a scout. You slow down to assault speed and you miss out on so man interesting things, that and I have assault suits for assaulting.

Well I can tell you the last thing I like to do is stack tank on my scout. Ewar fits are fun, Speed fits are a lot of fun, Hacking fits are good when you just dont want to fight. (Hey dudes just let me hack yo!)

I run a similar suit with ScP, but stack speed and HP and a cloak.
My EWAR suits are generally used in PC, but I have a few combinations of cal and amarr scouts I use depending on the situation. I die a lot in most PCs in the city, but those scans are very powerful for the squad.
I rarely if ever run a dampened suit. |

Sure do. I've got a full scan Cal scout for pointing targets at long range. It is great for squad support but so squishy that when I'm using it I rarely get any WP. I'd really like to see this kind of play rewarded in accordance with its help to the squad but that would be extremely challenging and will probably never happen.

Its cheap and effective. I run militia fits just about 90% of the time.
Note - its only effective once you get your proficiencies up to Lvl 5

I run adv min scout with all kincats in lows and a enhanced shield and recharger in highs. (No fit under 10 m/s)
I can't scan damped scouts even with complex precision so I don't try.
Knives on ever fit but I have been playing with all the sidearms lately and liking the alpha a age on the bolt pistol.
