Make an alt and start a corp. Recruit nothing but noobs and make you tax rate 10% or greater. If you're somewhat successful, you'll be pleasantly surprised at the money in the corp account at the end of the month.
If you're not wearing proto, you're doing it wrong.

I have never scammed, but am of the opinion that "buyer beware". This is such an obvious scam, I'm surprised anyone falls for it. That said, they get what they deserve if they do.
Closest to scamming someone that I've done was an honest mistake. I accidentally listed a Broadsword in Eve for sell at 999,999.999 ISK instead of 199,999,999 ISK. I never saw the mistake, and neither did the buyer... until it was complete. He emailed me; I apologize for my typo but didn't give his money back. He should have seen the error in price.

There are some scams on here; you might be able to modify one or two for Dust, particularly the bank scam.

A 12 year old in my Corp got scammed out of all of his ISK. I immediately thought of Dreis, as that is the consequence of scamming in New Eden; you get the reputation as a scammer.
But it turned out to be someone else, and when I tracked the guy down and asked him about it the ISK had already been spent on a Clone Pack.
My 12 year old Corp member learned a valuable lesson, and accepted that lessen with humility and grace.
Hand/Eye coordination cannot be taught. For everything else there is the Learning Coalition.
