Im in a hard desicion so i ask you guys to help me. Should i skill into the Cal Assault, the Min Assault or the Cal Scout

Assaults I couldn't tell you about, but pick one of them.

If you have an Amarr or Gallente Scout, there's really no need for a Caldari Scout.
As for Minmatar Assault or Caldari Assault, it depends on if you want to be able to have a super Shield Tank, or be able to do anything.

It only tanks hits really well because hit detection is a little wonky with it. I had one charge me yesterday (straight on, no little dance moves or anything) and it took every shot from my breach ar but barely any of them registered. When it's working fine on them, they go down pretty quick.

Tanking on the cal scout is a scrub tactic... tanking on any scout(amar excluded) is a scrub tactic. Get cal assualt. at basic you can get it to 450 shields

Why you need a Caldari assault when you have something better a caldari scout. A small hit box, that strafe, that damp,that regen and you could brick tank it with two enhanced plates. Now all you need is a kalakkoita RR with prof. 5 and your good to go. 30+ kills at least.

It all depends on what you like more.
The Cal assault has great shield tank, good regen, and good recharge delay on shields. The RR bonus is kinda useless, but overall it's a nice suit if you fit it right.
The Min assault is fast, has a versatile slot layout, and has a great bonus to the CR. This suit is more about gank than tank. Not many people choose this suit, due to the fact that brick tanking it makes it less effective, unlike other suits. I'd say the Min assault is definitely one of the best suits in the game. As Atiim said, it can do anything.
I can wait an entire hour in about 10 minutes. Impressive, i know.

Cal scout is a solid option - it can be tanky for a scout while still dampening up + having a beastly passive scan without movement penalties.
Cal assault has excellent tank and regen - I consider it one of my most survivable suits, as with a kincat, two regulators, and a solid shield tank fitted you can get out of most situations really easily and be at full health in a flash.
Minmatar assault (I don't actually have this one to 5, though) seems a little less tanky but the CR clip bonus is beastly and the speed is excellent.
The forums have ruined me.

I don't have cal assault but I have a prototype min assault and cal scout. They're both great suits respectively, but the min assault is just really fun to play, versatility and mobility, clip size bonus to two of the best guns in the game, plenty of options. I'm running it with a scp and smg right now with reps, kincat and stamina, one extended and two sidearm mods and its hilarious fun.

Gal scout if you want a scout. But you probably already have it, if not, then get it. The cal scout is only really good if you have level 5 regulators and shield extenders. Level 3 in energizers are a must, as complex energizers take a bit too much CPU, and you don't get a lot more shield recharge. The min is just versatile. You can be nearly anything. Keep that in mind on what you want to specialize in. I have the cal scout, and what makes it good like the gal scout and amarr scout is you can dampen well at adv level (with gallente you only need a basic suit).

Because the hit detection for that particular scout is bugged. Caldari scout hit detection is bugged despite scouts having small hit boxes. Seriously try killing any other scout but Caldari. Now remember that method. Try the same method against the Caldari scout and you will notice most of your hits landing on him are not registering. This is is why some people were choosing the Caldari scout post Million clone challenge, hit detection is not registering all of the hits.

Me too I already have the Min I'm just going to bump my Prof. and SS up a little as well as up some of my shield mods before that. I'll probably use the SP I have now as well as the SP I get over the next two weeks for upgrades and then the 750K I get from the sidearm event to skill to ADV cal ass, not sure when I'll take it to Pro though.
