I wouldn't use BP along with shotgun, i would prefer ScrP, but only because i'm not so good with the shotgun and i need i fast weapon if i miss at short range and ScrP is both good at range and in cqc situation.
Regarding the rest of the fit, i find it slow, i never go outside without a kin cat.

change those 2 complex shield to 2 complex precision , change that reactive to another complex dampener, with that low amount of armor you don't need that compact exchange it for remotes.

Its meh. I do see this fit around alot. I'd say put in an extra damp, but then I'd take it back because I don't like invisi-scouts... So yeah keep it as is. Also you might as well trade in that compact nano for something else... |

You didn't max your EWAR with 1 Complex Damp...
You need 3 CDs or 2 and a proto cloak to really max.
You can't even beat Amarr max precision with just 1 Damp.
