Against any form of AV they have only 2 options:
- Try to escape in the redline
- Jump out the tank and try to kill AVer's
If you are chasing one with a car it's an easy kill.

It's a gigantic bolt pistol, essentially. It was difficult at times before, but back when I was an HAV operator I killed people all the time with the rail gun, and rarely with the splash, even bunny hopping swarm spewing jackrabbits.
It is in a bit of a niche place though, honestly, but still pretty good.

I killed 2 swarmers and 2 forgers in one game alone yesterday. Just keep your distance, don't get boxed in, and learn to aim and you're fine.
(Also, a 9k shield hp Gunnlogi helps a bit as well)

I'm talking on AVer's perspective right now, i've not logged on my vehicle alt after delta, there is no fun to hunt a rail tank as AV, there is no challenge, they can even try to shoot but in a 1vs1 AVer (especially swarm) will win in most of the case.

My most common experience with rail tanks is me staring at them and then them staring back then they either try to road kill me, ignore me or allow me to ride them
