Sometimes when you cloak and try to run it seems like the running speed is reduced by 100% and you must either stop running and start running again in 1-2 sec or crouch and then start running again. Please fix that because its really silly when you''ve being chased by 4 scouts to have to do crouch and run by the time you do you are dead..

Wt modules are u using and are there any that slow ya character speed down?eg.amour modules.Are you using light dropsuits or medium .if all answers are a no then u know for sure theres a glitch

This glitch exists 100% sure.. im using either scout ck.0 or mk.0 and it doesnt happen always but it happens, you cloak you try to run and it does run but with reduced speed and you have to either crouch and start running again or stop and start running again for it to go away, but this is kind of silly because when you are in pc and you are being chased by 4-6 scouts behind you there is no time for silly moves i just wanna run and make them lose me.. which i can easilly do with my mk.0 scout + kinkats.

It is a Glitch for sure. In my gk.0 scout with kin cats and ferroscale and dampeners I get the glitch. Even on basic. Its not all the time but like jns said it definitely happens. I will cloak, start running, notice im running as fast as a logi, stop running, then start again and I have normal speed. It seems to increase on a map over time. If I stay in one place I usually don't get it. but if i have ran a couple thousand meters in a map it happens every few times I try to sprint. I only notice it with the cloak on. It does get irritating. |

This is a confirmed bug.
Whenever you are using equipment of any kind, or even things like reloading a weapon, try and give yourself a small bit of time before you try to sprint.
As it is right now if you try and sprint directly after using equipment etc.... your character will NOT sprint even if the camera gives the impression of sprinting.
Quickly let go of sprint and try sprinting again. Its a pain in the ass and it gets my speed tanked suits killed all the time, but at least you know for sure now what the actually issue is.

That sprint glitch has been around for ages, ccp knows about it but their probably not going to fix it because it may require a client update |

Well its being around for ages but nobody took the time to explain about it.
I guess with ""crossed fingers"" we get a fix on this because its needed.

Whats the sprint speed on that? Just curious cause all i run are logis assault and heavys so im always running 6 m/s or less |

Actually Shayz posted an excellent video and posted it here.
I think the problem is complicated and may require a client side update, which won't be happening for awhile yet.

Its happens to me after taking a fall sometimes but its like I landed in mud and I gotta crouch and uncrouch to fix it. Not cool cause if im falling from a high point im most likley trying to evade thus I cant have bugs impeding my movement. |
