Cerberus, I haven't done business with you before so, you've got a deal for 145 mil and I will pay brokerage fees to Chribba for negotiating our transaction. After we complete a successful deal, we can skip brokerage services in the future.

However I have another thread in this forum that's over 8 months old with 189 replies and zero negative feedback or issues after selling over a dozen Templar codes. This character is almost 2 years old. It really wouldn't make much sense to burn my reputation selling a 150 mil LAV code. If you would like to use a brokerage I will work with you on that, but I have already come down from the asking price so I am firm at 155 mil.

We did encounter a snag concerning a couple of the BPO codes, however Second Cerberus greatly exceeded my expectations for professionalism in his resolution to the matter.
