I still have yet to see a vehicle go down to a single swarmer, even the bad pilots generally have the sense to scram once they start taking fire. Had a Gunlogi yesterday that took three people to bring down and it still nearly got away. Perhaps you should upload more videos of these tank versus single AV'er that keep killing you, I'm legitimately curious to see their tactics... Yes, I'm actually serious there. Short of getting RE's on you or sending you into a proxy trap, I don't see a single person taking out a well fitted tank... militia, perhaps, especially if it runs into a lamp post and gets stopped in its' tracks, but a well fitted invested tank with a pilot who's brain is larger than his blaster turret? Nah.

It is impossible for any tanker to kill me now (not counting lucky railgun rounds). Anyone with any sense can EASILY avoid any and all blaster tanks on SKIRMISH and DOM game mode. If you go into ambush there is a slim chance you will be against a squad adequate enough to keep up their vehicle support. So even there you may not see any tanks there for an reason what so ever. What was done to drop ships is intolerable. Not only was stacking removed which may or may not have been necessary but the base skill was nerfed pretty bad. I have my gallente (incubus) ADS skill on level 4 and I get to fire a whooping 7 railgun shots off before I overheat. Also on top of that the actual railgun its self had a ROF nerf. Of course the dominate figure in the aspect of dust514 vehicle combat is of course AV yes one AV man can do it by himself and I will more than gladly show you. CCP needs to understand there are always 10 AVers to dedicated vehicle support. (lets say 5 just to shut you up) So why is it fair for 1 AVer to take on 1 tanker as things are now? [Sure a AV guy cant just go gank a tank as well as another tank can but tanks of my caliber which only take 20mil SP btw have at most a few seconds to get off the point im trying to defend and run away.] Its that or I die on the 3rd volley. As we all know AV is always unreachable you like to attack your vehicles where there is 0 threat to you. We all know AV is the Easy mode to dealing with vehicles and unlike you I have been on both ends of play style. I have max damage minmado swarms (prof5) and the tank/ads role. So until you 24/7 proto stomping AV try the vehicle support role and lose all your isk trying to rally up a team I wont respect nor acknowledge anything you have to say. Simple fact of the matter is I have nothing to fear from vehicles anymore. If a dropship wants to bother me it gets arial denied by swarms that now days WILL CATCH and KILL his ship. But CCP rattati if you wanted this game to be strictly a shooter like I feel you wanted after all these hotfixes you did a damn good job at it. You nerfed every aspect of vehicles and gave god mode lock on missiles to the infantry guys. You cannot deny through this hotfixes it has been a gradual decent to get tankers and dropships out. You couldn't just remove us from the game could you? That would be a straight out rage wouldn't it? So you did the second best thing you made them tin cans with cardboard cut out tracks, and the ADS? Well you know those little RC helicopters at toysrus or some crap yeah that's a good comparison now. So if any DEV have read through this or anyone for that matter I commend your patience and or tolerance of what the game HAS come to from the point of view of someone who actually plays the game.

Some of us here have come to realize that the Dust Forums are in many ways more fun than the game itself (its quite sad really). These forums have become a part of the game, in their own way, for a part of the player base. They have become one with the meta of Dust in a way not many games experience. I can hardly blame Atiim for spending time here, because while I don't even play the game anymore, I always leave a tab open here. Dust Forums is still Dust. I just said wtf half way through. Go play your eve man no console gamer would say some nerd bs like that.

Nah. CHALLENGE ACCEPTED. Only this time ill be on the end of the AV I think its about that time to see how hard it really is.
