Nothing new there. But you seem to forget that swarm launchers are getting the first move advantage. Espacially on cal scouts with tripple damage mods. Before you figured out where the swarmer is he fired 3 volleys into the air and you can either try your luck finding a suit with a tiny scan profile or run for your life.
Bright is the opposite of dark! Who would have thought of that?!

Day three will be full-contact firefight.
Phase 1: Minmando. I only have swarms at 1 but we'll see if he can get close enough to gank me.
Phase 2: Caldari Sentinel. Gonna see how well he holds up under fire. |

I won't argue it needed a slight nerf but it has obviously been overdone. I'd like to see it at 7% and see how it goes. |

That would be looking at a TTK of 4 seconds on a normal combat fit sentinel that has bonuses to resist the damage you're doing. Right now there is no functional difference in missile TTK between a shield tanked CalSent and a dual plate dual rep amarr sent.
TTK is identical between Min and Gal.
35% bonus is higher than all other KILLING bonuses in the game at level 5. I don't think it needs to be on ADS rate of fire. 5% is a solid boost, and not overpowering. |
