Now, you can peek inside the world of CCP, would it be feasibly possible to make neutral turrets, installations in general, worth 50% WP payout? They pose no threat, why do you get 100 WP for killing a turret, he may have had a wife and family and you killed while he stood the street waiting for a bus...
