I'm no CCP Logibro but some folks hate looking though spreadsheets.
Hotfix Notes - Uprising 1.8 Hotfix Delta Deployed on: Wednesday 24 September
No skill point refund will be granted with this hotfix
Turrets All small turrets 30% isk cost reduction
All small turrets had their fitting requirements reduced by 15% CPU and 15% PG
Small Blaster Turrets now have 0.5 splash, 25% increased rotation speed, range increased to 120 from 100, increased magazine from 150 to 200, and increased ammo from 600 to 1200
Small Rail Turrets splash damage removed and rate of fire reduced from 120 to 92.
Large Missile Turret damage profile adjusted to +15% against armor and -15% to shield from the previous +35% armor and -30% shields.
Large Blaster Turret splash damage removed.
Large Rail Gun Turret splash damage removed and damage profile flipped to +10% against armor and -10% to shields from the previous -10% against armor and +10% to sheilds.
New Player Experience New Players will start with the following skills

Minmatar Medium Assault HP increased from 200 Shield and 185 armor to 210 shields and 190 armor.
Minmatar Heavy Commando HP increased from 300 Shield and 260 armor to 330 shields and 290 armor.
Minmatar Heavy Basic HP increased from 390 Shield and 370 armor to 410 shields and 390 armor.
Minmatar Sentinel HP increased from 390 Shield and 435 armor to 410 shields and 4600 armor.
Modules All Shield Regulators, Rechargers, and Energizers had their CPU needs reduced by 15%
Afterburner Cooldowns adjusted to 45 second / 40 Seconds / 35 Seconds at STD / ADV / PRO
Fuel Injectors Cooldowns adjusted to 45 second / 40 Seconds / 35 Seconds at STD / ADV / PRO
Mobile Clone Reactivation Units (MCRU) fitting costs reduced to 100 PG and and 15 CPU from 160 PG and 20 CPU
Vehicles All Assault Dropship prices reduced from 323,000 isk to 200,000 isk
All Grimsnes class dropships HP increased to 1200 shields and 3425 armor from 1000 shields and 2625 armor.
All Myron class dropships HP increased to 2520 shields and 1265 armor from 1720 shields and 1065 armor.
Installations [*] Supply Depot resupply range increased to 26 meters from 16 meters.

Handheld Weapons Nova Knife Fitting Optimization Skill added, reducing the PG knives require when trained
Burst HMG Damage per bullet reduced by 10%, heat increased from 2.5x to 3x in comparison to standard HMGs, Increased maximum and minimal dispersion levels per shot from 0.14 to 0.1 thus reducing accuracy.
Added Militia HMG
Plasma Cannon Projectile Speed increased to 6500 from 4050
Swarm Launchers Missile top speed was increased to 65 from 50 and acceleration increased to 1200 from 1000 and adjusted max rotation of the missiles to 80 which is down from 90 making them less agile.
All Flaylock Pistol and Variants had their projectile speed increased.
All Flaylock Pistol and Variants had their range increased to 52m up from 50m.
All Bolt Pistols Reload time reduced from 2.7 to 2 seconds
SMG
-Range normalized to 44 meters -Militia SMG total ammo reduced from 480 down to 384
Breach SMG
-Range normalized to 42 meters -Fire delay increased to rate of fire increased to 700 rpm up from 535 rpm -Damage adjusted to 30 / 31.4 / 33.08 at STD / ADV / PRO up from 28.35 / 29.77 / 31.19.
Assault SMG
-Hipfire and ADS accuracy Adjustments favoring Hipfire use -Range normalized 46 for assault variants. -Fire delay increased to rate of fire increased to 1200 rpm up from 1053 rpm -Damage adjust to 18.1 / 19.01 at ADV / PRO down from 22.05 / 23.1 damage. -Magazine reduced to 68 down from 80 -Total ammo reduced from 504 down to 408
Flaylock Pistol

They have always been that way; the most I can probably fight for is +1 or losing out a lot on ammo count ; specialists should have non-output drawbacks for reduced fit cost.
The isk prices also needs to be adjusted for all of them now that these drawbacks are getting put in.
Either way stuff for feedback keep em comming well see what we can do for echo.

Just things like 'kick increased' (without disclosing the exact magnitude) would be really helpful. Also, I believe some (non-sniper) rifles, like the Breach AR, ScR, and TAR, had damage and RoF changes, so it would useful to have those in one place.
The overall idea is to correlate the role and accuracies between weapons.
So AR and CR would favor hipfire over ads so the kick and dispersion and kick and accuracy are adjusted to help give each one their little pocket. Inversely the SCR and RR favor ADS over hipfire.
Now you adjust the kick, dispersion, and recoil between the 4 and you get four unique profiles that have their functional niches.
Similar accuracy adjustments where given to the sidearms as well.

This is untrue I run the g20 primarily and it used to have 3 round clip.
I'll bring it up then again; specialists losing half a mag is a bit unfair its usually a shot at most for the majority of weapons that have such variants. but it generally hasn't gone up and over or close to 50%.
Another thing I will try to push forward is the isk cost balancing now that most of the variants of specialist equipment do feature a drawback of sorts. The need to keep nerfed variants more expensive is a poor justification. On modules with no drawbacks I can understand the need.

Silk cartoshoniar beeswax capped miniball will get you the same effect. :D
Meanwhile railtech weapons use darts there are no casings to begin with unless the round has been sabot.

Months ago your attitude about the forge was no better than it is today. As much work you do as second term CPM little things like this makes me double guess your calls as player representation.
I respect what you do but the forge was balanced back when team view was removed. I stand by the ROF and Splash need to be rolled back a tad bit.
Most of the true forge gunners moved on from the game when the animation was changed to the ball of energy instead of the jet trails. It's now a far different gun and if you were going to make a change in the positive the return of the zoom will be a welcomed feature. At least the gun will have something interesting returned. This gun has seen nothing but major nerfs over its lifetime and I'm sick of it.
Stop abusing it for the wrong reasons then; primary function is AV still. Also get better with forge sniping its stupid easy to wipe out swathes of nests with the forge provided you have the ammo for it.
And if you are really needing that splash there is the assault variant still

Slight problem with this method. Most guns that fire this are exotic enough of a fingerprint as well as the tools required to make the rounds as well; one warrent of your tool making room and its over.
